We accept return requests if they are made within 24 hours of delivery. A return shipping fee of ₹150 will apply, which the customer will cover. However, if the product is damaged, there will be no return charges.

1. How do I return a damaged product?

 

To return a damaged product, provide us with a clear, high-quality 360-degree unboxing video. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. All discounted items are final sale. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

2. How do I return a product with no damage?

 

If there is no damage and you wish to return the product, you must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. Please fill out the return request form and bear the return shipping charges.

 

3. What happens if there is damage to the box upon return?

 

If damage is found to the box upon return, box charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. What if the jewellery is damaged upon return?

 

If damage is found to the jewellery upon return, you will not be eligible for a refund. You must pay the shipping cost to have the product returned to you. If the product is fixable, we will repair it at nominal charges.

 

5. When will I receive my refund?

 

Upon receiving the returned product in perfect condition, we will issue a voucher after deducting handling charges. You can use this voucher for future purchases.

 

6. Can I exchange the product instead of returning it?

 

Yes, we offer exchanges. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with exchanges.
