    We accept exchange requests raised within 7 days of order receipt. However, the customer must dispatch the product to us with tags intact. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Standard handling charges will be deducted additionally, and the remaining amount will be credited in the form of coins to the customer's account.   • Can i amend my order?
    Orders can be amended before they are packed. Once packed, orders cannot be modified. In case any modification or change is required, please contact us at +91 9582339969. If there are any extra charges due to modification of the order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Conversely, if the modified order has a lower price value than the original order, the difference will be credited in the form of coins to your account.

    Great news! At CarryAllCo, there are no shipping charges on any order above 999 Rs. For orders below 999 Rs, a nominal shipping charge of 50 Rs will be applicable along with a handling fee of 15 Rs. If you're returning jewelry, kindly use the original box and ensure it's in the same condition as received. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer. Upon receiving the return item, our quality control team will inspect it thoroughly. If any breakage is found, whether due to courier mishandling or any other reason, the product won't qualify for exchange, and the customer will need to cover the reshipping charges. However, if the product passes our quality control check, the handling charges will be reduced, and a voucher or Carryallco coins will be issued to your wallet for future purchases.   • How to Care for Your Jewellery
    Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Carryallco soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Your gold vermeil and silver jewellery should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.
