Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which typically ranges from ₹100 to ₹150, depending on the location.
- If the product is damaged upon delivery, there will be no return charges.
- Discounted items are final sale unless damaged.
- Refunds are only available for regular-priced items.
What is Carryallco's refund policy, and how are handling charges applied?
Refunds are issued as a Carryallco voucher after we receive the product in perfect condition. Handling charges (₹150–₹100) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the product is damaged: No refund will be provided.
- If the product is used: A deduction will be made as per our Buyback Policy.
The issued voucher can be redeemed for future purchases.

What is the cost of returning a product?
The return shipping cost is typically between ₹50 and ₹100, depending on location. However, please note the following:
- If the Carryallco box is not packed properly and gets damaged during transit, the cost of the box will also be deducted from the refund.
- If the jewelry piece is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, no refund will be provided.
- If the return package does not reach us, we will assist in tracking it. However, if the package is lost in transit, no refund will be issued.
- In some cases, the return cost might exceed ₹50 depending on the location or other factors. If this happens, the customer will be informed in advance.
Proper packaging is essential to ensure the return process goes smoothly and to protect your refund eligibility.
How to Pack for a Return
- Securely pack the product as it was received, using bubble wrap and butter paper.
- Use 2-inch wide sellotape to wrap the box thoroughly.
- Place the shipping label provided by the Carryallco team on the box, and secure it with another layer of sellotape to prevent peeling during transit.
Proper packaging is crucial to protect your refund eligibility and ensure your return reaches us safely.
Can I return the product using a courier service of my choice?
Yes, you can return the product using any nearby courier service. However, please note the following conditions:
- The product must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery. Returns initiated after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- You are free to choose any courier company convenient to you.
- Once the package is shipped, please share the tracking ID with us on the same day to ensure easy tracking and smooth processing of your return.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
