How long will my order take to arrive?

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
At Carryallco, we put our heart into crafting every piece of jewelry. While we don’t promote returns, we understand that sometimes things may not work out.
✅ Can I return a product?
Yes, but only under these conditions:

Return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

After approval, the product must be packed securely and ready for dispatch within the next 24 hours.

The return package must be dispatched within 48 hours from the return request approval.
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted if the product is not packed and shipped within this 3-day timeline.

🔄 Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are allowed for a different size or color of the same product (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Product must be packed and dispatched within 48 hours of approval.
⚠️ Shipping charges (forward & reverse) will be applicable on exchanges. These charges are taken by courier companies—not by Carryallco.
💰 Return Deductions (Non-Damaged Cases)
If you're returning a product for reasons other than damage (e.g., didn’t like, change of mind), the following charges will be deducted from your refund:

💳 100% Refund Option (Prepaid Orders Only)
If you choose to prepay via UPI (Carryallco QR Code), we offer a 100% refund as store credit in case of returns (no deductions), valid for 6 months.
Note: This offer is not valid if any discount was applied to the order.

In case of return, you'll receive 100% store credit valid for 6 months.

💡 If any item is missing or damaged, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
📦 How to Pack the Product

Wrap the jewelry in butter paper and bubble wrap.

Place it securely in a sturdy box and seal with 2-inch wide tape.

Attach the shipping label provided by us.
If you're unsure about packing: You may visit any nearby courier company and ask them to pack it securely. In this case, Carryallco will not bear the return shipping charges.
Please share the AWB/tracking number with us immediately after dispatch.

If the product is not packed properly and gets damaged during return transit, no refund will be processed.

If the damage is repairable, we will repair and ship the product back to you at your expense.

We do not accept returns after 48 hours from when the return was requested.

All deductions for shipping and payment gateway charges are collected by third-party logistics and payment partners—not by Carryallco.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, COD is available with these guidelines:

For high-risk addresses, a ₹200 partial payment will be requested.

If a COD order is not accepted, all future COD orders will be canceled automatically.

COD is a privilege for genuine customers. Please use it responsibly.
