a) Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India.
(b) Delivery Times:
- Delhi NCR: 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Noida Extension: 1 working day.
- Metro Cities: 4-5 working days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 working days.

(d) Package Inspection: For security purposes, we request that customers record a video while receiving the package from the courier. If the package appears tampered with or incomplete (especially in the case of multiple boxes), we recommend refusing acceptance and contacting customer support for assistance.
(e) Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Returns and Exchanges
(a) Returns: We accept returns for products within 1 day of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
(b) Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact customer support within 1 day of receiving the product for return/exchange authorization.
(c) In the case of a damaged or defective item, a 360-degree unboxing video is required to validate the return or exchange request.
(d) If the claim is approved, exchanges will be processed within 5 working days.
(e) Customers are responsible for returning the damaged or defective product to the address provided by customer support. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly send a replacement. Any shipping costs incurred by the customer for returns will be reimbursed in the form of a coupon for future purchases.
(f) Please note, return shipping charges apply unless the item is damaged or defective.
