  • Pickup Option: If self-shipping is inconvenient, request a pickup. Securely pack the product, and our executive will collect it.

3. Guaranteed Buy-Back Value:

  • 0–6 months: 50% of the original purchase value
  • 6–12 months: 25% of the original purchase value
  • After 12 months: 15% of the original purchase value

4. Quality Check (QC):

  • Our QC team will assess your jewelry's condition and share a detailed report.

5. Easy Redemption:

  • The finalized buy-back amount is credited as Carryallco Cash, valid for 24 months, redeemable online or in-store.

What is Carryallco Cash, and how can I use it?

Carryallco Cash is store credit issued for the buy-back amount. It is:

  • Valid for 12 months.
  • Redeemable both online and in-store for your next purchase.

How long does it take to process a buy-back request?

Once the jewelry passes our QC process, Carryallco Cash will be credited to your account within 3 days of approval.

- Email the photo along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to support@carryallco.com.

2. Return the Item:
- Self-Ship: Send the product to our return address and share the tracking number with us.
- Pickup Option: If needed, we can arrange a pickup. Pack the product securely in its original Carryallco box with wrapping paper, and our team will guide you through the process. Please ensure the product is ready at the scheduled time to avoid delays.

3. Verification and Store Credit:
- Store credit will be issued based on the time elapsed since purchase:
- 0–3 months: 70% of the product's purchase value
- 3–6 months: 50% of the product's purchase value
- 6–12 months: 30% of the product's purchase value
- After 12 months: 15% of the product's purchase value

- Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for future purchases.

What if my jewelry doesn’t pass the QC process?

If your jewelry doesn’t pass the Quality Control (QC) process during a warranty claim, it means the issue doesn’t qualify under our warranty policy. In such cases, we will notify you with detailed feedback. The item can be returned to you upon request, and any applicable shipping charges will need to be covered by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

1. Capture and Contact:

  • Take a clear photo of the damaged or tarnished item.
  • Email it along with your order number, a brief description of the claim, and the product photo to support@carryallco.com.

2. Send Your Item:

  • Self-ship: Send the item to our return address and share the tracking number with us.
  • Pickup Option: If needed, we can arrange a pickup. Pack the product securely in the Carryallco box with wrapping paper, and our team will guide you. Ensure the product is ready at the scheduled time to avoid delays.

3. Verification and Store Credit Issuance:

  • Upon verification, we’ll issue store credit based on the following:
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases.

What is excluded from the warranty coverage?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or fading over time.
  • Damage caused by third-party alterations, repairs, or resizing.
  • Mishandling, resulting in loss or damage to stones, including zirconia crystals.
  • Items from the luxury handcrafted collection.

Do I need to pay for return shipping costs?

Yes, customers must bear the return shipping costs, unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect.

How long will it take to process my warranty claim?

Warranty claims will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Does Carryallco offer a breakage warranty?

In case of a warranty claim:

- Broken Chain: We can offer a replacement chain at an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing and further assistance.
- Broken Charm, Pendant, or Stone Pieces: You can claim 10% of the product value as Carryallco Cash, redeemable both online and in-store within 12 months.
